Educational Lunchtime Session

Engaging informational sessions for people working in any type of business or for social/service club members (e.g. Lunch and Learn Session).

Session topics include the differences between service and therapy dogs, descriptions of animal-assisted therapy/education/activities, the stories of the Tilly's Place therapy dogs, and examples of their work with the following populations: college/university students; clients in speech therapy, occupational therapy, and social work; preschool children with disabilities; youth experiencing barriers to academic success; and young children learning about disabilities. You may opt to have an experienced therapy dog present.
